11)  If you are  paying with cash, can you provide a letter of "proof of funds" from your financial institution where the money is held or any other responsible party of where the funds are being held?

12)  How much cash do you want to use for the purchase?

13)  Do you have special requirements in a property? If yes, please list.

14)  If you have school-age children, are you willing to move during the school year?

15)  Who is your employer?

16)  Will anyone else help you make the buying decisions? If yes, who?

17)  If we find the right property, are your prepared to make a decision now?

18)  What times are best to contact you?

19)  What times are best to view properties?

20)  How do you like to communicate? (i.e. Phone, Fax, Mail, Email?)
