You are considering listing your home with a real estate company and you want to know Who, What, When, and How.

When:        There is no time like the present. You cannot sell your home, if no one knows it is for sale. Putting your home on the market any time of the year works. Being strategic and using timing can be effective in a successful sale. We can discuss this idea further when we meet. One issue to consider when deciding when to put your home on the market, is the condition. Is the house ready to be shown? If it is shown to a prospective buyer would it be seen in the condition that would get you the top market price or would it be seen in the condition that would get you a lower priced offer?

The question is, do you put it on the market now, because if it is not, no one may be aware that it is for sale and you definitely would not sell it then, but on the other hand, if you put it for sale at this very moment, would the home's condition bring you your desired sales price? Call me and we will discuss timing and the ways in which to address these issues.

How:    You call us, today, and we set a time that is convenient with you to meet at your property that you want to market. Anyone that is a decision-makers of the property should be available to meet at the property, together with me and we will discuss the marketing of your property.

At our meeting at the property, I review the property, discuss various issues you, as seller(s), may want to consider, I explain and have you sign our one page listing agreement and the couple of Mississippi Real Estate Commission and disclosure forms, then we begin outlining the marketing plan and the items of things you can do to improve your properties marketability.

Not too hard. It takes about an hour to two to review everything and answer any questions. Once I am back at the office with your completed listing agreement and forms, we immediately begin the marketing process.
